#31 - The Horrors of our Past - Part 3 - Ocular Miss
It was March of 1902. A little over a year since Winston Churchill made his maiden speech. A few months since Theodore Roosevelt renamed the executive mansion as the white house. And, just around the time when many Canadian soldiers were returning from fighting in the Boer war. But James Quirk wasn't one of those returning soldiers.
