burning food in a lab… the human body is way more
complex than that.
● The only thing that will give you long term health and
leanness is eating healthy food created by God
● You cannot eat junk food and expect good results no
matter how many calories it has or doesn’t have.
● You need to start cooking and eating at home, real food,
that is good for you. And I will teach you how to do that.
