
Differentiating intuition and anxiety can genuinely feel like walking through a maze blindfolded sometimes. Is this right for me, we often ask ourselves as we navigate anything from big life decisions to whether the person we're crushing on is right for us or not. And if you're an overthinker like me, it's even more difficult to learn to trust your gut, or even understand what your gut instincts are.
