The intention with this podcast is to provide the listeners to a different side of getting jacked instead of always just talking about how to put on muscle and lose fat (which we will do as well) we want to share our thought processes behind our own motivation, training, business', personal life, showing that we are just normal people who made the decision to execute daily. This should add some relatability in terms that we all have the same amount of time and opportunity in a day and it is completely up to us what we decide to do with that.

It's been a minute since I’ve done a podcast, just due to the busy season and growth in TGJ.

I went over how my journey from accounting to starting my own coaching business has been and how I made the transition.

Still only a few years in, but have started to see some validation of the growth and the vision coming to life.
