We talk to Minesh about leading teams and supporting wellbeing, the parenthood juggle, and active allyship. Minesh has a background in L&D, across industries. His expertise lies in talent programmes, technical learning and employee experience. Perhaps his most important role is being a Dad, and doing his bit to make sure this world is an excellent place for his children to thrive. Having recently launched his diversity and inclusion consultancy, his activism in equality is now the core focus of his work.
