David Kohl had the pleasure of tasting a crisp + citrusy Spumante with notes of honeycomb, orange blossom & ginger known as “ Olmo” upon meeting Antonio Fontana who now runs his family’s historic wine estate Tenuta Fontana, nearby to Napoli in Southern Italy.
