STEP ONE: HARASS A LANDLORD. It doesn't have to be your landlord, just a landlord. Ideally, a guy you went to high school with who still hates your guts and is being unreasonable to your best friend from the job you no longer have. Two Thousand and Late is a production of Atypical Artists and executive produced by Patrick Ellis and Lauren Shippen. The show was created, written, and directed by Lauren Shippen, with the brilliant Octavia Bray as our script consultant.
