Neil Bhandar is the Chief Data Analytics Officer and VP of IT for Enterprise Data, Analytics, and Innovation at Generac.

He has two decades of experience in leading data-driven transformations across various industries and functions. As an Advisor with the Burtch Works Expert Network, Venture Advisor at SemperVirens, Neil leverages his expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, and behavioral insights to support Executive leaders in strategically identifying, implementing and adopting solutions, for small, medium and early-stage ventures that share a vision of creating a better future for their customers, employees, communities and other stakeholders.
Neil also serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Temple University for a graduate-level Statistics course, where he works with students as they prepare to adapt for what is next in their professional careers. He has led digital transformations, developing digital strategies, models, governance, and infrastructure that enable decision-making and insights for the global organization.
