Before founding ShadowLine, Ann-Marie spent six years at Danone North America as Director of Analytics & Insights, leading cross-category portfolio strategy and redefining brand architectures for Silk and So Delicious. She combined deep behavioral research with high-impact analytics to deliver strategies that reshaped the business. Prior to Danone, she held leadership roles at The Clorox Company, including Associate Director of Global Insights & Innovation, where she contributed to the award-winning What Comes Next campaign and the modernization of the Clorox masterbrand. She began her career at Kellogg, helping expand the Special K portfolio through consumer-led innovation and cross-functional ideation. Across these roles, she has been instrumental in launching over $1B in new product innovations and unlocking sustained brand growth.
