Partner and Head of the Corporate/M&A/Commercial +TMC and PE sector teams with CMS Slovenia
In her role, she leads and manages a wide range of projects and plays a crucial role in every corporate transaction handled by CMS Slovenia, as well as in the majority of commercial law matters. As head of the Corporate/M&A/Commercial practice and regional co-head of the Technology, Media and Communications (TMC) sector team, she oversees project organisation, ensures rigorous quality control and acts as the primary liaison between their clients and opposing counsel.
Sasa also provides specialist advice to the TMC sector, using her expertise to draft contracts and navigate complex public procurement procedures. With a solid background in finance and tax, she particularly enjoys the structuring phase of our engagements, where she adds value to the team by optimising deal frameworks and outcomes.
