All of us tell stories about ourselves. It’s one of the ways we make sense of the world and our place in it. This is especially important during times of unsettling transition and change. At its best, to hear the stories of others inspires belief in the intentions we set for ourselves and in our capacity to reach these goals.
As Lorian, our goal is to advance the experience of wholeness in the world and in ourselves through on incarnated spirituality. The story of our community is about the emergence of a new spiritual impulse and how it has made itself known through the work of a group of people responding to its call.
Uncommon Conversations is an opportunity for community members to tell their story, to give voice to the spiritual impulse arising within them and how they are embodying this call within their own incarnation. In sharing our stories may we inspire each other to inhabit the fullness of our being.

Internet Incarnation - Embodying Wholeness in Cyberspace

In today's episode David Spangler, Maryn Spangler and James Tousignant discuss how the teachings and tools of Incarnational Spirituality provide a way to partner with the Internet in awareness and integrity.

There is a distinct parallel between the experience of the subtle worlds and that of the internet, as both represent an energy environment. Maryn, David and James will be exploring these parallels, and how to hold our sovereignty and embody our wholeness in an upcoming Lorian class titled "Internet Incarnation - Embodying Wholeness in Cyberspace"

Maryn is an embodiment coach. She supports people in becoming a clear channel of their whole soul selves and to create a life in alignment with that. She does this through somato-emotional integration and healing, energetic integrity practices, and deepening the experience of embodiment. David is the spiritual director of Lorian, a spiritual explorer, teacher, writer, game designer, husband, and father. His work with both his non-physical colleagues and his Lorian associates has led to the development of Incarnational Spirituality.

James is the host of Uncommon Conversations, a faculty member and ordained minister/priest of Incarnational Spirituality. His passions are paddling, spiritual research, and exploring the subtle realms through embodying the teachings and practices of Incarnational Spirituality.
