Brenton Awa is a Hawai'i State Senator who represents District 23 on O'ahu. Born and raised in Kaʻaʻawa and a graduate of Kahuku High, Brenton had a successful career as a TV News Anchor at KITV before being elected into office in 2022. Today, he is the youngest state senator and one of only two Republicans in the 25-member chamber.
