Episode 7: Leslie Gutstein - A perspective on the rise of modest fashion
In this episode, your hosts interview Leslie Gutstein, who is a wardrobe consultant and the owner of an online boutique called Atarie that focusses on modest fashion. Leslie joins us for a conversation about the rise of modest fashion, the influence of social media, and representation.
Leslie identifies as an Orthodox Jew and dresses in accordance to Jewish law, which led her to create a modest fashion platform to inspire other women. As a busy mom to four kids, Leslie not only runs her online boutique, but is also a style and wardrobe consultant. She believes that every woman, no matter what shape or size, deserves to be the best version of herself.
