
In this episode, we build on the topic of self love and how we can preserve the love within by learning how to set boundaries. Boundaries can be physical, emotional and most importantly energetic. Just as we can set boundaries with others and the external world, we need to learn to set boundaries with our own selves and our negative thoughts. By learning to listen to our gut response, our intuition and examining our energy levels after each activity or a certain experience, we develop a skill of setting boundaries. Setting and upholding boundaries begins with ourselves first and foremost because we decide where and how we want to invest our time and energy on.
