This week, Clare talks to Damian Jacobs, from Lloyds Banking Group about all things apprenticeships. Damian discusses why he’s a huge advocate for data training through apprenticeships, and his experience being chair of the Trailblazer Group which established the Data Technician Level 3 standard following his involvement with T Levels. He was instrumental in getting the standard approved for delivery and believes that everyone should have the opportunity to become data literate. Damian and Clare discuss how data can be brought to life through storytelling.
