This is a Hypnosis Guided Meditation session on ‘Hypnosis for DEEP SLEEP’, by Ushma Tandel. This video intends to help people who have a problem sleeping. Like in insomnia, circadian cycle disorders, jet lags, sleep problems due to change of place, or shift jobs.
