It wasn't until he had won his battle with leukemia that Jeff Holst realized that we only have one life and to live each day like it's your last. Burnt out with building a successful law practice, Jeff started chipping away at his bucket list with a visit to Machu Picchu and never looked back. Today, Jeff is no longer practicing law but uses his legal background to successfully invest in income-producing commercial real estate, and is also the host of two successful podcasts: Last Life Ever Podcast and Old Fashioned Real Estate Podcast.
