There is so much grief is in the world. It's important to be there for each other, and even for ourselves as we grieve. Today I share the poem by Kelly Ormont: See Me Through My Tears, and then discuss it. Tears are so valuable that for each reason we shed tears, there is an undeniable chemical differentiation seen under the microscope. Rose-Lynn Fisher did a scientific study.
This episode aired in season 1 and is worth repeating. Back in 2021 when this was recorded I spoke about some recent losses. Since then I can list so many more.
