In todays episode we talked about saying what you need to say. When we speak we don’t always realize what we say, how it lands and even how we are perceived.
Fear overtakes a lot of the moments that we have to say the words that we need to say but we are afraid to say it because we may not see it in the best way you know are you know we could’ve done better that there’s a lot of that concerned that shows up in public speaking and so the best ways to say some thing is to not be afraid so What can we say that helps others be with us and not be afraid to speak?
