I've known Jay Bernal for almost 30 years. We met when we were young kids playing punk rock shows back in the early 90's in Texas. Over the years we've both experienced so many life changes that paralleled each other especially with relationships, alcoholism and sobriety. Jay and I sat down and caught up and shared a few stories. Also this was recorded on Valentines Day which was for me the first time being alone and single. That was a tough one. Thanks for tuning in.
