She has extensive experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, training and development, policy writing and enforcement, FMLA administration, conflict resolution, workers’ comp claims and unemployment hearings. In addition to Jackie's role as VP of Human Resources at SuccessFuel, she's a contributing writer to HRMorning.com, where she helps her HR peers tackle some of the most difficult issues facing them today.
