Welcome to Anxiety 101. This is the first episode of the series dedicated to anxiety.
Throughout the series, you will learn about what anxiety is, how to deal with it and use it to your advantage. We all feel anxious sometimes. Problem is that it pushes some people forward and make others feel completely paralyzed.
Anxiety is enmeshed with many other feelings which can create an unsolvable puzzle at times.
Follow the series and you will be able to recognize your patterns and find your specific map of anxiety.
Have a pen and paper ready, think about your experiences as you listen.
Send us your questions. We will dedicate sometime in the future episodes to answering questions.
