But how can we successfully engage with patients and staff to improve safety?</p><p>In this episode, we speak with Professor Helen Bevan on inspiring creativity and innovation to help improve safety and quality of care. Helen is currently a professor of health and care improvement at the University of Warwick, and a strategic adviser to the NHS Horizons team.
