Episode 24 - Wandering Through Machu Picchu

A day after finishing the Salkantay Trek, Jarrett and most of the group took on an extra hike. Jarrett talks about what it was like hiking up Machu Picchu mountain and the view from there. Meanwhile, Linda and another groupmate took it slower that morning and walked through the Machu Picchu palace. Linda and Jarrett talk about visiting this majestic place during the dry season in 2019, as compared to their visit during the wet season in 2012 to explain the measures the Peruvian government is taking to protect this historic place.
