Guest on Way Out Of Childhood Trauma, RTT therapist Elsa Antheia shares her story of recovery and the significance of learning self-love, especially if we didn't get love as children. We also discuss her area of expertise, which is issues related to sexuality, because they are very often linked to childhood and lack of support, acceptance and love. It is a very interesting conversation opening eyes to a new understanding of how our childhood traumas affect all areas of our lives.
