In this episode we discuss masculine and feminine polarity in relationships and how we as women can reclaim our feminine energy to heal our lives and become MAGNETIC!
So many women today are burnt out and exhausted from operating primarily in their masculine energy. This causes us as women to become stiff and and rigid, disconnecting us from the ease and softness of our feminine flow. Many of us have had to take on these masculine roles because we have learned that it's not safe to trust the men in our lives, or maybe we never had strong and healthy masculine role models to look up to. Regardless, so many issues can arise when women are disconnected from their feminine flow. This is something I've personally experienced in my own life and am still working to heal.
We also talk about the difference between toxic masculinity and healthy masculinity, and dive into some of the pitfalls that happen in our relationships when the polarity is imbalanced. We also share some personal stories and give some practical tips on how to reconnect with your feminine energy as a woman.
