24. Seeking Sisterhood During Transitions with Amarelys Perez
Sawubona Soul Sister, Amarelys Perez, joins Nadine and Kelly for this episode filled with heartfelt emotion and connection between soul sisters. Amarelys is the co-host of the Authentic Conversations Podcast, an actress, a mom, a wife, and a new friend of both Nadine and Kelly.
We love talking to our listeners about what's going on in their lives in real time because if one of us is feeling lonely, then for sure others are feeling it too.
Amy shares how her family recently moved from New York to Florida and her desire to find her soul sisters has been challenging as the mother of two working multiple jobs.
She shares her grief of friendships lost due to her move and even gets a little emotional in revealing her loneliness at times. This episode is a perfect example of how we as sisters, can hold space, and witness each other through our ups and downs.
We support Amy as she recognizes her own strengths and the power of asking for support when you need it.
We hope you enjoy this authentic discussion!
