Sawubona is a South African greeting that translates to “We See You”. To be seen and heard is a beautiful gift we can give each other. Soul sisters, Nadine and Kelly, believe that everyone’s voice matters and no subject is taboo. Their purpose is to keep it real, do it messy, and finally speak their truth while inviting you to speak yours. You’ll love this podcast, if you’re into personal growth, parenthood, relationships, human design, feng shui, spirituality and all things “woo”, self-care, midlife transitions, and anything else you’d talk to your soul tribe about.

7. Time for a Digital Detox

Part 1 of our Clean Energy Series, we're tapping into the lunar moon energy of this spring equinox season by kicking off our Clean Energy Series for the month of April with a digital detox.

Nadine and Kelly discuss digital blocks that are running behind the scenes of our life. Things like unused apps, old contacts, emails, old files and photos that are clogging up our digital world.

In this episode, we give you some things to think about that possibly haven’t crossed your mind that may be consciously or subconsciously taking up space.

Listen for our tips on how to reduce your stress, anxiety, and fear when using social media.

We offer up solutions on getting better sleep and paying closer attention to what you ingest from the digital world.

Like junk food, digital junk can become toxic in our lives. Listen to this episode if you’re feeling weighed down by anything in your phone, computer, or media world that is draining your energy and joy.

Our next episode in Clean Energy Series is all about cleaning the energy of our physical environments. Nadine will introduce us to the benefits of Feng Shui. Release on 4/13/23.

We’d love to hear your digital detox tips👇🏻
