This carecast is a program of Cherished Mom, a nonprofit in East TN dedicated to educating and supporting moms and families and the community surrounding maternal mental health. Today, we are thrilled to introduce a doula that works in our region, Mitzi. Mitzi is the owner of Start In Love. She's a Certified Labor Doula & a Hypnobabies Hypno-Doula, serving clients in the Tri-Cities area for the past 3 1/2 years. She lives in Johnson City with her husband & daughter; moving here from Orlando, FL where she worked at Walt Disney World - performing in various parades & shows, before working as a concierge in a Disney Resort Spa.
