Ocean Cleanse & Dolphin Guidance

Let the ocean cleanse your body as it releases what no longer serves you. Let the waves relax you body and carry you out to meet a dolphin guide that has a message for you. Enjoy the sound of crashing waves throughout this meditation, I recorded this on the beach as the sun was setting. It was so magical to meditate as the sun goes down and transforms from light to dark. This beautiful setting inspired much of the content of this meditation. Enjoy.
