This week, we welcome Chef Fabio Viviani to talk about his restaurant beginnings in Florence, moving to America, Thanksgiving with Captain Kirk, bringing back the 80's with his app Dopple, and why he picked Upstate NY for one of his projects. Fabio appeared on Season 5 of the hit Bravo TV show, Top Chef, making the final 4 and being voted the Fan Favorite, currently owns 15 restaurants around the US, and is the author of several cookbooks.
