I myself have struggled with feeling as active and vigorousas I used to feel.   I came out of winter and thought well maybe I have the winter blues, no sunlinght.  You see I try to be active, every day I take my two dogs and go for an hour hike.  I have done these walks for years, every day but this spring I just felt like I might be losing a step.  So, I decided what am I going to do about it?
