Here are the mantras I talk about in the ep;
This body literally created this human.
My baby relies on this body to keep it fed (if you are feeding).
I will not compare my body to other bodies. Every womans' situation is different.
I will be honest with those who love me and try to listen when they tell me nice things.
I am giving myself time.
I am worth the effort.
I will accept what happens and not be disappointed if I cant do it all.
I don’t have to do it all.
I can do hard things.
