And not just your business or personal interests, but #everything that's relevant to your ideal customer.   What are they talking about?  What are they excited about?   Getting really focused on what their interests and hobbies are, what their frustrations are - is a great place for entrepreneurs and business owners to begin when it comes to social media strategies.  Also, know who your competition is in your niche/category.  Where do they post regularly?  Where do they get their web traffic from?  Are they getting clicks from Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram?
