He is a person of color, and we have never talked about race, systemic racism in America, and diversity in the workplace! His normal is being a person of color, and shares his views on being judged. There are revelations and truths shared in our talk. I reveal some things to Steven, and his take on society is to “judge people by their character.” It’s a fun, beautiful, and deep convo and I hope you enjoy it!
