S02 E03 - Auxxi - Part 1

We're joined on this episode by Auxxie (a.k.a YoAuxxi, Auxxwithdavibe)!!

With only a few years in the music industry, Auxxie has built an incredibly impressive catalogue across music production and engineering with artistes including Ckay, Amaarae, Tar1q, Kendu (f.k.a Talksiick), Zarion Uti, Nyma and a ton of other acts.

Known notably for his work with Ckay on ‘Felony’ and ‘Show My Side’ of the 2021 'Boyfriend' EP, he has shown a true mastery of the art of accurately conveying emotions through his music.

Not bound by genres, his skill set allows him to stretch across genres including Afrobeat, Hip-hop, R&B, Pop, Amapiano etc.

On this first part of the conversation, we take a deep dive into his early encounters with music, the origin of his producer tags and working with the indie recording artistes he's met in his journey in the industry.
