 Today we're talking about how to let go of negative thoughts. Negative thoughts can have a significant impact on our physical, mental, and emotional health. They can make us feel anxious, depressed, and stressed. They can also lead to unhealthy behaviors, such as overeating, smoking, or drinking alcohol.

In this episode, we'll discuss some of the causes of negative thoughts, as well as some evidence-based strategies for letting go of them. If you're struggling with negative thoughts, I encourage you to listen to this episode. We'll give you some practical tips that you can start using today.
