Paris Baguettes Second Wichita Location Set to Open: A New Bakery and Cafe at Thirteenth and TylerThe new Paris Baguette bakery and cafe, located in the former Hardees building at ninety-seven eighty East Twenty-First Street North, is set to open its doors this Saturday. Franchisee Mike Issa and his business partner, Moe Touffaha, have transformed the space into a modern, stylish location featuring numerous bakery cases, modern tables and chairs, and a mix of wood and black-and-white tile flooring. The new restaurant will be open every day from six AM to ten PM, offering a wide range of French-inspired pastries, cakes, sandwiches, salads, and coffee. This is the second Paris Baguette location in Wichita, following the initial opening in November of two thousand twenty-two. The journey to open this second location has faced several delays, including a change in location and construction delays. The new Paris Baguette will not feature a drive-through window, but will instead offer a small front patio for outdoor seating.
