An Elmendorf man has been identified as the victim of a two-vehicle crash Nov. 21 on U.S. 181 north of Floresville, a little north of F.M. 775. According to Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Highway Patrol Staff Sgt. Orlando De Luna Jr., Joseph Anthony Reyes, 19, of Elmendorf, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
