The Work-Kid Balance: "How Do I Balance My Children's Needs With My Business's Needs?", With Eliav Friedman

Balancing children and business needs is one of the biggest challenges Parentpreneur’s face today. (Did I just make that word up?! 😂)

The other day, I faced this challenge head-on. My daughter needed my help, and I chose to take a few hours off work to be there for her.

It wasn't an easy decision, as my business needed attention too. But being present for my children is a core part of my "why," and it reminded me of the importance of conscious choices 🤔

It's not about perfect balance—it's about prioritizing what truly matters. Your business demands attention, and your children need presence.

In this podcast, Yaacov Steinberg and Eliav Friedman discuss the challenges of balancing work and parenting.

We will be discussing:

  • What does work-kid balance mean?
  • How do I get my behavior to reflect my values?
  • What is the easiest way for people to understand how they can set the right boundaries?
  • What do my kids really need from me?
  • What are some practical strategies to manage guilt when I feel I’m not doing enough at home or at work?
  • And so much more!
