Wine & Real Estate with Sergio Manzur | Episode 156

Sergio is a highly accomplished Canadian real estate investor who in just 5 years was able to build a property investment portfolio that allowed him and his family to achieve financial freedom. In late 2022, he was able to quit his full-time job as a corporate executive and go all in to become a full-time real estate investor.
He recently relocated to the Dominican Republic to build a better lifestyle for his family while at the same time continuing his real estate investment journey. Sergio already has a few deals under his belt in the Dominican Republic and is now dedicated to supporting other real estate investors to find great investment opportunities locally. Sergio is very passionate about empowering individuals and families to build wealth through smart property investments. Prior to discovering and going all in into Real Estate, Sergio's background includes 25 years of corporate experience in Fortune 500 corporations as well as management consulting in Canada, Argentina, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic. Sergio brings many years of experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
