Hana Dreiling was born in Michigan but grew up in Eugene, Oregon.  As a passionate food enthusiast and chef, she spent over 11 years in different facets of the good food business, from tropical farming to the development of food companies.  After moving to Kauai in 2013, she studied under a number of chefs, eventually leading her to start up her own catering company specializing in high end farm-to-table cuisine incorporating rare and exotic ingredients sourced from the island.  Obsessed with the power food yields to bring people and cultures together, she and her brother Nile conceptualized Holey Grail Donuts in 2018 as a culinary crusade to create a better donut, seeking ways to connect local chefs, quality ingredients, and food lovers together.
