Bordeaux

Most people have some knowledge about Bordeaux, including that there is a difference between left bank Bordeaux and right bank Bordeaux. And yes, Bordeaux and Cabernet Sauvignon are closely related. But there is *so* much more to it; from understanding the maritime climate to the winemaking decisions that go into making Bordeaux, well, Bordeaux.

We'll learn how multiple grape varieties become different Bordeaux blend, how the classification system works and even what makes the sweet wines of Bordeaux special - to mention just a little of what we'll hear in this study guide.
