A podcast about mentorship - focused on telling the stories of women who attended Canada's Military Colleges and the myriad different careers and lives they have gone on to experience. From this foundation we are building a community to provide mentoring and support amongst these women as we also expand to include all women with a connection to the Canadian Armed Forces (members, veterans and supporters), particularly at the different transitions we go through in our lives and careers.
