Woke Spirit

During a dangerous experience suffering from depression I became obsessed with learning about the mind, specifically I wanted to know why I was thinking and feeling so awful. After months and endless hours of research on western psychology and eastern philosophy, I learned there is an actual science to making yourself happy. I learned the science, applied it like my life depended on it (because it did) and was able to heal myself out of depression. Today, my life's mission is to teach what I know so you too can conquer your anxiety, stress, depression and other struggles you are dealing with.

Understanding Why You Hurt Loved Ones and How to Break the Cycle

I've noticed that many teachers and healers on in the internet focus on helping victims heal and move forward. In this episode, I want to shift the focus to those who have caused pain—the ones often labeled as the 'bad person.' If you're trying to understand why you hurt your loved ones, this message is for you. It takes courage to acknowledge your role in causing pain, and that acknowledgment is the first step toward transformation. True self-awareness goes beyond recognizing triggers; it's about understanding the mechanics of your mind and why you make choices that cause pain. Join me on this journey of self-discovery and break the cycle of hurting those you love.
