On today's episode I am speaking into the ever so common topic of People Pleasing and how this can play out in so many different ways and at so many different times throughout our lives - and WHY when prioritising our own needs, wants and desires FIRST, this is how we get to give back, not only to ourselves, but also to others and the world around us from a really beautiful, positive and empowered place.

I also speak into my own personal experience with people pleasing and how this was a pattern that played out throughout my own navigation through life for so many years - and how when I began my journey inside of the world of personal development and began working on and prioritising myself - I was able to become aware of this pattern and make positive and powerful impactful changes.

This episode also includes some really powerful reflection pieces that you can use to allow you to bring in your awareness to yourself and look into the powerful ways that you can start prioritising yourself, if you are going through and/or navigating a similar situation or journey right now.

This episode was sparked from many of the conversations that I am having with the women inside of my world right now and so I thought it would be really powerful and insightful to bring this conversation into this podcast for you all to hear.
