In this episode of Woman, Wiser, we dive into The Wellness Rewrite: The Myth and Mystery of Body Wisdom in Midlife. Movement and fitness change as we age — what once felt effortless may now feel different, and recovery may take longer. If you’re navigating midlife wellness, this episode is for you.
I sit down with my friend and fellow yoga teacher, Ashley, to explore how our practices and perspectives on movement have evolved over the years. We talk about listening to your body, redefining strength and moving with the rhythm of midlife instead of against it. Whether you’re a practitioner, teacher, or just curious about how midlife affects your body and wellness, you’ll gain practical insights and inspiration for embracing this stage with confidence.
