Overcoming Adversity

Trigger Warning:  This podcast covers sensitive subjects, surrounding childhood trauma, sexual abuse and rape. This may be triggering to listeners with similar experiences.

Justine shares her story of the adversity she has overcome to get to where she is today in this heartfelt, candid and vulnerable episode. Her story is truly inspiring. Justine talks openly about her very difficult journey, how she healed herself through the years that came by and how she became stronger and more resilient from every challenge faced, leading up to her to decision to change her life, chase her happiness, and no longer tolerate bad people in her world.

This led to her vision for mymuybueno, her core values and philosophy, to create a company based around the two areas of her life that ultimately healed her, good food and good people, taking her from dark to light, and being at the heart of what makes her unwavering drive, standards and vision for the company, and who she is, so unique.

May her incredible and breathtaking story inspire, empower and help you to realise that no matter what adversities are or have been thrown at you in life, that you can and will get through them, and what and who you will become on the other side, will be stronger and happier for it, for you to live in your own authentic truth and be able to reach all the potential you have and so much more.
