How do you feel when you wake up? Do you jump out of bed feeling great or do you think another day with the same old crap! How would you feel if you could choose how you feel each day?

Welcome to episode 57

On this podcast we discuss what we put into practice every morning to make sure it’s going to be a good day, well good to start with!! Kerry always tells herself that it’s going to be a great day and has to have her to do list, she loves a good list! The first thing Ali sees is a picture on her bedroom wall that says ’today is going to be a good day!’

It’s time to stop automatically going into negative emotions, reaching for you phone or watching the new first thing in the morning. It’s time to choose that your day is going to be a good day!
