Eva shares her interesting journey into tech. Starting from her early years in school when she knew she had an interest in technology but didn't know which route to take. After dropping out of university she later on was drawn back to tech and realised you didn't need a computer science degree to kick-start a career in tech.
Through networking, she landed her first job and explained the importance of transparency.
She worked her way to leadership, founded her training academy course teaching over 1000 women how to code, and now manages a team fully remote as an Engineering Manager.
